Sacituzumab govitecan-hziy in 1L mTNBC: ASCENT-03 and ASCENT-04 Studies

How do the ASCENT-03 and ASCENT-04 results inform first-line treatment decisions for patients with metastatic triple-negative breast cancer?

James Spellman, NP, MSN, MSSW, MDiv (Gilead Sciences, Inc.), will review the efficacy and safety findings from both Phase 3 studies, with attention to sacituzumab govitecan-hziy–based regimens across PD-L1 status. The session will also examine current unmet needs and how the study results align with NCCN Clinical Practice Guidelines in Oncology (NCCN Guidelines®) recommendations for first-line treatment selection.
