Revumenib (REVUFORJ®) for the Management of Acute Leukemia: Positive Quality Intervention in Action – Nicole Soriano, PharmD, BCOP (Northwestern Medicine), will discuss strategies for safely initiating, monitoring, and managing revumenib therapy in patients with acute leukemia.

Latest Clinical Data on Imlunestrant (INLURYO™) Plus Abemaciclib (Verzenio®) – Martin Dietrich, MD, PhD (Cancer Care Centers of Brevard), will examine the clinical rationale and recent data supporting imlunestrant plus abemaciclib in HR-positive, HER2-negative advanced breast cancer, including findings from EMBER-3, placement within current treatment guidelines, and considerations for community oncology practice.

Isatuximab-Pomalidomide-Dexamethasone in Relapsed or Refractory Multiple Myeloma: A Subgroup Analysis From the IRAKLIA Trial – C. Brooke Adams, PharmD, BCOP (Orlando Health Cancer Institute), will review IRAKLIA subgroup data supporting the FDA approval of isatuximab on-body injector with pomalidomide and dexamethasone, with a focus on patients previously treated with an anti-CD38 therapy.

Expanding Access to CAR-T Therapy: Operational Models and Best Practices – Kashif Ali, MD (Maryland Oncology Hematology), will discuss CAR-T delivery models across oncology practice settings, barriers that may limit patient access, and multidisciplinary strategies for coordinating care throughout the patient journey.
