Pharmacy Law Updates: Key Federal & State Developments – Douglas Braun, PharmD, CSP, CPh (NCODA), will review 2027 Medicare Part D changes and pharmacy law updates involving PBMs, 340B, controlled substances, and GLP-1 medications.

Evaluating Premedication Practices and Infusion-Related Reactions With Subcutaneous Isatuximab (SARCLISA ESCENA®) – Joy Gibson, PharmD (Traversal Health), will discuss the evidence for subcutaneous isatuximab, premedication and reaction outcomes compared with IV administration, and updates to the on-body injector.

Once-Daily Ruxolitinib (JAKAFI XR™): Clinical Considerations – Nicole Bentivegna, PharmD, BCOP (Florida Cancer Specialists & Research Institute), will review once-daily ruxolitinib, how it differs from the immediate-release formulation, and key dosing, safety, and patient counseling considerations.
