Gedatolisib (REVTORPYK) Combination Therapy for Locally Advanced or Metastatic Breast Cancer

The purpose of this document is to discuss some of the clinical considerations and general management of patients undergoing treatment with gedatolisib in combination with fulvestrant, with or without palbociclib, for the treatment of hormone receptor (HR)-positive, human epidermal growth factor receptor 2 (HER2)-negative (HR+/HER2-) locally advanced or metastatic breast cancer.
