This posotion will provide comprehensive medication management for patients receiving oral cancer therapies in an ambulatory oncology setting. Working under a Collaborative Practice Agreement (CPA), the pharmacist will collaborate with a multidisciplinary care team to optimize therapy, manage toxicities, educate patients, and improve access to care. PGY2 Oncology or Ambulatory Care training and BCOP/BCACP certification are preferred.
