Cancer Specialists of North Florida is hiring a Cellular Therapy Registered Nurse to provide specialized outpatient care for patients receiving CAR-T and bispecific antibody therapies, including infusion administration, toxicity monitoring (CRS/ICANS), patient education, and care coordination across multiple clinic sites, while ensuring compliance with clinical protocols and accreditation standards. Ideal candidates will have 3–5 years of chemotherapy infusion nursing experience, strong IV skills, an active Florida RN license, and preferably CAR-T, cellular therapy, or transplant experience (BSN and oncology certification preferred).
