Oct. 30, 2026 — Following the conclusion of the 2026 International Fall Summit, NCODA is looking ahead to its NCODA Clinical Advances Summit (NCAS), taking place Oct. 27–29, 2027, at the Gaylord Palms Resort & Convention Center in Orlando, Florida. Previously announced ahead of this year’s Summit, NCAS will replace the annual fall meeting beginning in 2027, building on its foundation with a larger scientific and clinical program and broader multidisciplinary and international participation.
The three-day, in-person Summit will highlight significant scientific and treatment advances from the preceding year and look ahead to developments that will shape cancer care over the next 12–24 months. Its central focus will be connecting new evidence with practical approaches to patient care across a connected, medically integrated oncology team.
“The pace of discovery in oncology demands that we look beyond what is new to understand what it means for the patient in front of us,” said Lucio Gordan, MD, President & Managing Physician at Florida Cancer Specialists & Research Institute and Co-Chair of NCAS. “NCAS will bring the care team together to examine the most important advances of the past year, prepare for what is ahead, and address the clinical and practical decisions that turn evidence into care. That connection is essential to helping patients benefit from scientific progress.”
The planned format will pair scientific reviews with multidisciplinary discussions of care delivery and clinical implementation. Areas of focus include emerging therapies, real-world evidence, implementation of science, health economics and policy, and innovations in cancer care delivery. Practical discussions will address biomarker testing, treatment monitoring, adherence, staffing, and financial barriers that affect the patient experience. NCAS will also provide a forum for clinical researchers to present new data through abstracts and oral presentations, encouraging discussion of emerging findings and their implications for patient care.
Lucio Gordan, MD and Michael Reff, RPh, MBA will serve as NCAS Co-Chairs and have been working with an expert multidisciplinary Steering Committee to shape the meeting’s scientific direction.
“Every advancement in cancer treatment depends on a connected care team to help it reach the patient,” said Reff, Founder & Executive Director of NCODA. “NCAS builds on the foundation of our Fall Summit with a larger scientific program and broader participation across disciplines and countries. As we grow, our purpose remains clear: equipping the medically integrated oncology team to put patients at the center of every decision and help them receive the greatest benefit from their care.”
Additional details about the program, faculty, and registration will follow as planning progresses. Visit the NCAS webpage to save the date and receive meeting updates.
