Temporary Importation of Ifosfamide Announced Amid Critical U.S. Shortage

SteriMax USA is working with the U.S. Food and Drug Administration (FDA) to temporarily import Ifosfamide for Injection to help address the current critical shortage in the United States. The imported product contains 1 g per vial and is packaged in cartons of five vials.
According to information provided to NCODA by Uniphar, approximately 7,200 cartons of the imported product are being stored at its cold-chain distribution facility in Raleigh, North Carolina. Shipments to U.S. treatment centers have begun.
