Additional NDC, due to Packaging Change of tivozanib (Fotivda®)

Medication changes can cause delays if teams aren’t ready. Starting October 6, 2025, the 1.34 mg and 0.89 mg strengths of tivozanib will have new NDCs because of a packaging update.
