my why: I am committed to empowering oncology pharmacy technicians by advocating for the crucial role we play in cancer care. We are not just pharmacy technicians; we are essential members of the oncology team. Through leadership, education, and community engagement, I strive to elevate our profession, encourage collaboration, and drive meaningful improvements in patient outcomes. I am incredibly grateful for NCODA and the opportunities it has provided me, as well as the platform it has created for pharmacy technicians to collaborate, grow, and lead together. My goal is to share these opportunities and inspire every pharmacy technician to recognize their value and potential. When we are empowered, we can transform patient care!
