About Stephen

Stephen Ziter, MBA is a dynamic healthcare leader with a strong background in pharmaceutical sciences and healthcare management. He earned his B.S. in Pharmaceutical Sciences from Albany College of Pharmacy and Health Sciences and went on to obtain an MBA in Healthcare Management from Clarkson University.

After graduation, Stephen played a pivotal role in developing and implementing medical scribe programs across New York State, enhancing clinical efficiency and patient care. In March 2018, he joined NCODA, Inc. as the Associate Manager of Stakeholder Engagement, where he spearheaded the development of several key organizational initiatives. His contributions include NCODA’s Treatment Support Kits, Oncolytics Today, and the College Engagement Initiative, which encompasses Professional Student Organization chapters, an elective oncology APPE rotation, and two fellowship programs.

Currently serving as Chief Operating Officer at NCODA, Stephen leads a diverse team, driving patient-centered operational strategies. He works closely with organizational leadership, internal teams, and external stakeholders to develop and execute innovative programs that enhance oncology care. His expertise in strategic planning, stakeholder engagement, and operational excellence continues to advance NCODA’s Mission of improving patient care through collaboration and innovation.
