POSITIVE PATIENT CARE TOOL: HELPING PRACTICES BETTER UNDERSTAND PATIENT NEEDS AND EXPERIENCE
Patient surveys help determine satisfaction levels for patients of NCODA member practices with medically integrated pharmacies (MIP). Since 2017, NCODA has been collecting survey data as a standardized method of benchmarking patient satisfaction in an MIP compared with other services in the industry. Published results as of March 2024, the survey identified a 93.1 Net Promoter Score (NPS)* average for MIPs. In addition, 97% of patients state they would prefer to fill their oral oncology and/or supportive care medications at their MIP vs. an external mail-order specialty pharmacy.
