About Michael

Michael Reff, RPh, MBA, is the Founder and Executive Director of NCODA, the first patient-centered organization dedicated to advancing the value of medically integrated oncology practices. Under Michael’s leadership, NCODA has grown to support a membership of over 12,000 healthcare practitioners across more than 3,000 sites of care. He also pioneered the establishment of The Patient Rx Center at Hematology/Oncology Associates of Central New York, a leading medically integrated oncology pharmacy service focused on enhancing patient experiences with oral oncolytics.

Michael has contributed extensively to the field of oncology care through his service on the American Society of Clinical Oncology’s (ASCO) Oncology Medical Home Certification Program Task Force and its Quality Oncology Practice Initiative (QOPI) Steering Committee. He has also contributed to several initiatives within the Association of Community Cancer Centers (ACCC).

A passionate advocate for patient care, Michael frequently delivers presentations and publishes articles emphasizing the importance of continuity of care for oral oncolytics. With extensive experience in the pharmaceutical industry, his expertise spans oncology research, corporate compliance, international supply chains, and biologics manufacturing.
